Ship200 Printer Setup Guide

Since Chrome is no longer support Java, we are working on releasing a printer driver for Chrome.

In the meantime you can enable it by

  1. In your URL bar, enter:
    chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
  2. Click the Enable link for the Enable NPAPI configuration option.
  3. Click the Relaunch button that now appears at the bottom of the configuration page.

Firefox is not effected by this issue

 

1. Make sure you have the latest version of Java installed on the computer

go to Java download page – http://java.com/verify

Download Java setup application, run it and click install

2. Log in into ship200.com client panel ( go to – https://secure.ship200.com/ )

enter your Login ID and Password and click Log in

First time you will need to Agree for running Ship200 Print Plugin

You will see popup with the question ‘Do you want to run this application?’

You should click on ‘Do not show this again for apps from the publisher and location above’ and click Run

– For Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers

Now Java is successfully configured for Ship200 service

For Printers set-up you should go to Settings

You will see Printers tab

Choose your printer type and click ‘Set Up New’

You should choose your printer in the drop-down list

You can print a test page by clicking ‘Print Test Page’

Click Save Changes

You will see the message – “Printer Name” Printer Saved Successfully!

Now you can close the popup. Printer configuration is done.
